Greek Sesame Bread

- 1/4 cup milk, lukewarm
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 7/8 oz. yeast
- 1 cup graham flour
- 2-1/2 cup white flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. thyme
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 1 egg white
Directions

1Mix together the flour, milk, oil, salt, herbs and yeast.

2Let the dough rise to double the size (about 30 minutes).

3Fold the dough in half, twist the dough and place in a bread pan.

4Let rise for another 20 minutes.

5Gently brush the dough with egg white and scatter the sesame seeds atop the bread.

6Bake 40 to 50 minutes in a 420F preheated oven.
