Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 c. peeled, cubed Roma tomatoes
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 lb. large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb. dry ziti, rigatoni or spiral pasta
- 1/2 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet and saute garlic.

3Cook briefly and add tomatoes.

4Cook 1 minute and add wine, salt, pepper and oregano.

5Cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes.

6Set aside.

7Heat remaining 3 tablespoons oil and saute shrimp about 1 minute.

8Spoon shrimp and pan juices into baking dish.

9Cover with Feta cheese and spoon tomato sauce on top.

10Bake 10 minutes.

11Cook pasta, drain and serve with shrimp mixture spooned on top.
