- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in pieces after baking
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
