- 1 stick butter
- minced garlic to taste
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti.

2Brown (not burn) butter with minced garlic. Sprinkle layer of Parmesan cheese on large platter.

3Put 1/2 of spaghetti on top of cheese layer.

4Sprinkle another layer of cheese over spaghetti.

5Put remaining spaghetti on top.

6Sprinkle with more cheese.

7Spoon hot browned butter on top.

8Cut in squares and serve.
