Greek Spinach Pie

- 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 2 med. onions, finely chopped and sauteed
- 3/4 lb. Feta cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- pepper to taste
- 1 box Fillo thin strudel sheets
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well.

2Add 1/4 cup melted butter to spinach.

3Mix eggs, onion and cheeses together and combine with spinach.

4Preheat oven to 350°.

5Butter bottom of 11 x 17 pan. Place 8 pastry sheets in pan 2 at a time, brushing every second sheet with melted butter.

6Distribute spinach mixture evenly over pastry sheets.

7Repeat process with 8 more pastry sheets.

8With sharp knife cut through top to mark into squares.

9Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.

10When cooled can be stored in refrigerator or frozen.

11Reheat in 350° oven.
