  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. basil leaves, crumbled
  • 1 c. beef bouillon
  • 2 tsp. tomato juice
  • 1 lb. can cut green beans

    In a large nonstick skillet, saute onion and ground beef.

    Add mushrooms and seasoning.

    Cook a few minutes.

    Add broth and tomato juice, then add beans.

    Simmer in skillet or put in a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
