- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. basil leaves, crumbled
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 2 tsp. tomato juice
- 1 lb. can cut green beans
Directions

1In a large nonstick skillet, saute onion and ground beef.

2Add mushrooms and seasoning.

3Cook a few minutes.

4Add broth and tomato juice, then add beans.

5Simmer in skillet or put in a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
