  • 1 can green beans (French-style), drained
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers
  • 3/4 to 1 stick butter

    Spread beans on bottom of 8 x 11 1/2-dish.

    Cover with corn, then onions.

    Mix soup and sour cream and spread over layers.

    Add cheese.

    Mix butter and crackers; spread over cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes and then, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
