- 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers
- 3/4 to 1 stick butter
Directions

1Spread beans on bottom of 8 x 11 1/2-dish.

2Cover with corn, then onions.

3Mix soup and sour cream and spread over layers.

4Add cheese.

5Mix butter and crackers; spread over cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes and then, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
