  • 2 (15 oz.) cans cut green beans
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 small can mushroom bits
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 (2.8 oz.) cans Durkee French fried onion rings
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • Pam olive oil spray

Directions

    Spray dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch) with olive oil spray.

    Sprinkle with minced garlic.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl; place half in baking dish, top with half of onion rings.

    Add balance of mixture, topping with balance of onion rings.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Add grated cheese as soon as removed from oven. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
