  • 1 - 16 oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 - 13 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 2 T. butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar (may substitute with sugar free sugar-preferably brown sugar)
  • 1/2 c. bisquick mix
  • 2 1/2 T. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 t. vanilla

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease pie plate (9 or 10-inch).

    Blend all ingredients on high for 15 seconds.

    Pour into pie plate.
