- 1 chopped green pepper
- olive oil
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 (1 lb.) cans cut green beans
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten
- pinch of sage and oregano
- 1/4 c. sherry
Directions

1Wash, drain, string and trim ends of green beans and break/cut into 2-inch pieces.

2Pack tightly into hot canning jars, leaving 1-inch headspace.

3Add 1 teaspoon salt to each quart.

4Pour in boiling water, covering beans; but leaving 1-inch headspace.

5Put on caps.

6Process in pressure cooker at 10 pounds pressure, pints 20 minutes and quarts 25 minutes.
