Green Bean Roll-Ups

  • 2 cans S & W green beans (vertical packed)
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. onion juice

Directions

    Place 4 to 6 beans on a half slice of bacon.

    Roll up and secure with toothpick.

    Place in shallow baking pan.

    In separate bowl, melt margarine and add Worcestershire sauce and onion juice. Pour over beans.

    Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours before cooking.

    Bake 20 minutes at 300°.

    Then put on broil until the bacon is crisp, turning roll-ups to cook evenly.
