- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried mint or 14 cup of fresh mint, chopped
Directions

1Steam or boil the green beans until they are tender, but not limp.

2Drain and place them on a platter.

3While still warm, drizzle with oil and vinegar.

4Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle mint on top.
