  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint or 14 cup of fresh mint, chopped

Directions

    Steam or boil the green beans until they are tender, but not limp.

    Drain and place them on a platter.

    While still warm, drizzle with oil and vinegar.

    Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle mint on top.
