- 4 oz. bacon skins
- 3 cans green beans
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook bacon skins in oven until grease comes off.

2Do not bake skins until they become cracklings, just until some of the grease comes off.

3Pour skins and grease in pot with green beans and green beans juice (no water).

4Add salt to taste.

5Cook on very low heat for 1 hour longer if you like.

6The longer and the lower they cook, the better they will taste.
