- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 2 small summer squash
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped or garlic powder to taste
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- sweet basil or Italian seasoning to taste
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook green beans about 10 minutes until just tender.

2Saute onion and garlic in a little oil until soft.

3Add beans, squash (cut up), tomatoes (cut up), sauce and seasonings.

4Simmer about 20 minutes.

5Adjust seasonings to taste.
