  • 6 pork chops, diced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can drained pinto beans
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles
  • 1/2 c. water
  • onion salt and garlic salt to taste

Directions

    Sprinkle chops with flour and brown in oil.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Cook 20 to 30 minutes.

    Serve with tortillas or pour over burritos and top with cheese, sour cream and guacamole.
