- 1 sliced onion
- 1 jar chunky salsa
- 1 can green chili peppers
- 1 can refried beans
- oil
- water
Directions

1Dredge meat chunks in flour seasoned with pepper.

2Heat oil in large pan and brown the meat in batches.

4the meat to the pan and add water to cover.

5Put sliced onion on top of meat and simmer until the meat is almost tender.

6Add salsa and green chilies.

7Continue cooking until meat is just tender.

8Add refried beans to thicken chili just before serving.
