  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. pork loin, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 family size can chicken broth
  • 4 to 6 fresh garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. diced green chilies
  • flour/oil roux
  • fresh tortillas

Directions

    Brown pork in oil.

    Stir in chicken broth and garlic.

    Simmer for 3 hours in crock-pot.

    Add green chilies.

    Simmer 1/2 hour. Add flour and oil roux to desired thickness.

    Serve with fresh tortillas.
