- 3 cans El Paso green chilies (mild), chopped
- 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- Keebler Club crackers
Directions

1Drain green chilies and spread on greased 10 x 10-inch casserole.

2Over the chilies spread grated Cheddar cheese.

3Mix eggs with milk and pour over the cheese.

4Bake the casserole in a 350° oven about 25 minutes.

5(It should be bubbly and slightly browned.)

6Cut in pieces and serve on crackers.

7This appetizer can be made ahead and frozen before baking.

8If frozen, you will need to bake it longer.
