- 3 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 3 stiffly beaten egg whites

1With a sharp knife, make cuts down center of kernels on each row.

2Scrape cob.

3Measure 1 3/4 cups corn.

4Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored.

5Stir in corn, butter, sugar and salt. Slowly beat in milk.

6Fold in egg whites.

7Bake in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
