  • 3 Tbsp. green curry paste, divided
  • 12 oz. extra-firm tofu, cut into 4 slices
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 green pepper, cut into thin strips

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

    Spread 1 Tbsp.

    curry paste evenly onto both sides of tofu slices.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.

    Add tofu; cook 4 min.

    on each side.

    Remove from heat; keep warm.

    Mix cream cheese, coconut milk, water and remaining curry paste until well blended.

    Add peppers and onions to skillet; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.

    Stir in cream cheese sauce; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min., stirring constantly.

    Stir in cilantro.
