Ingredients

  • 4 c. finely chopped red cabbage
  • 1 small green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 medium red or yellow onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. regular salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cider vinegar

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients in mixing bowl.

    Sprinkle with salt.

    Let stand 1 hour.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill at least 1 hour.

    Store, covered, in refrigerator.
