  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 8 oz. grated cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 to 1 can evaporated milk
  • 10 to 12 corn tortillas

Directions

    Fry ground chuck with onion.

    Mix soup, chilies and milk. Dip tortilla in mixture over top of layers.

    Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
