- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1/2 to 1 lb. American cheese
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 pkg. tortillas
- 1 lb. ground meat
Directions

1Put soup, milk and cheese in double boiler.

2Let cheese melt and add pimentos and chilies.

3While sauce is cooking, brown ground meat.

4When meat is cooking, grate American cheese and onion in another bowl.

5When meat is done, pour over cheese and onions.

6Dip tortillas in grease.

7Roll meat mixtures into tortillas.

8After in the pan, pour sauce on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
