  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. American cheese
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 pkg. tortillas
  • 1 lb. ground meat

Directions

    Put soup, milk and cheese in double boiler.

    Let cheese melt and add pimentos and chilies.

    While sauce is cooking, brown ground meat.

    When meat is cooking, grate American cheese and onion in another bowl.

    When meat is done, pour over cheese and onions.

    Dip tortillas in grease.

    Roll meat mixtures into tortillas.

    After in the pan, pour sauce on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
