- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- 2 c. Jack cheese, shredded
- 3/4 c. finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 can Swanson chicken broth
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced Ortega chiles
Directions

1Heat tortillas in oil a few seconds each side.

2Put about 2 tablespoons shredded cheese and 1 teaspoon diced onions on each tortilla.

3Roll and place seam side down in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. In saucepan, melt margarine, blend in flour; add chicken broth and heat until thickened.

4Stir in sour cream and chiles.

5Pour over tortillas.

6Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

7Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake 5 minutes more.
