  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk (3/4 c.)
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 lb. lightly brown ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 doz. corn tortillas
  • 1 pkg. green onion dip

Directions

    Heat soup, milk and Velveeta cheese until melted.

    Add chilies, and green onion dip.

    Mix. Set aside.

    Brown meat and drain fat. Add salt and garlic; set off heat and combine Longhorn cheese and onions.
