- 3 Tbsp. grated Sap Sago or Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. minced shallots
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1In blender, process the cottage cheese until very smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl.
