  • six cloves garlic.
  • one bunch cilantro.
  • 20 mint leaves say around 4 twigs.
  • 2 big tomatoes or 3 medium tomatoes.
  • one green chillie.
  • 2 lbs Halibut filets.
  • half level teaspoon salt, one teaspoon coriander powder and one teaspoon mango powder or lemon juice.
