  • 2 c. frozen or canned green peas
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. buttered bread crumbs

    Drain cooked, frozen peas or canned peas.

    If frozen peas are used, cook in 1/2 cup boiling, salted water.

    Put 1 cupful in a buttered baking dish.
