- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- dash of oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute onion, pepper and garlic in hot oil for 1 to 2 minutes.

2Cover and steam over low heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.

3Cover and cook a few minutes longer until tender.
