- 1 lb. ground steak
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 green onion
- 1 c. red and green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Cut beef into thin strips.

2Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and beef.

3Set aside.

4Heat oil in a large frying pan.

5Add beef over high heat until brown.

6If not tender, cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes over low heat.

7Turn heat up; add vegetables.

8Stir until vegetables are crisp, about 10 minutes.

9Mix cornstarch with water; add to pan.

10Stir until thickened.

11Add tomatoes and heat through.
