Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. chopped onion or more to taste
- 1 or 2 large green peppers, cut in bite size pieces
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. stock or bouillon
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cut steak diagonally in thin slices about 2 inches long.

2Heat oil in skillet or wok (medium heat).

3Put garlic and meat in skillet and brown.

4Add vegetables, salt, pepper and ginger. Cook until tender.

5Combine cornstarch, stock and soy sauce. Add to skillet and bring to boil until thick.

6Serve over cooked rice.
