- 2 lb. round steak
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green peppers, chopped
- 1 c. minced onion
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 c. water (approximate)
Directions

1Heat oil and brown meat.

2Add tomatoes, green peppers, onions, carrots, salt, pepper and water.

3Cook on high until starts to boil, then turn burner to low and add bouillon cubes and bay leaves.

4Simmer for about 2 hours.

5Serve over rice or hot noodles.
