  • 1 pkg. lime gelatin
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 qt. cold water
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can concentrated lemon juice
  • lime sherbet

Directions

    Dissolve

    gelatin

    in hot water.

    Add sugar, then lemon juice, pineapple juice and water.

    Mix and pour over sherbet. Makes 2 gallons or 64 four ounce servings.
