- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. ground parsley
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 2 eggs, separated and beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Steam rice and add oil, parsley and onion and let stand 1/2 hour.

2Add cheese, salt and beaten egg yolk.

3Mix together and fold in beaten egg whites carefully.

4Bake in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish for 1 hour at 325°.

5Place baking dish in a pan of water to bake.

6Serve with creamed chicken, turkey, tuna, crab or shrimp. Serves 8.
