  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 4 c. cooked rice (regular or Minute)
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Saute vegetables in margarine until soft.

    Add slightly thawed broccoli and heat.

    Add cheese and soup to rice.

    Mix well.

    Mix all together, then pour into buttered casserole dish.

    Put grated cheese on top and heat in hot oven until cheese is bubbly on top, about 15 minutes.
