  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. green peppers, chopped
  • 1 c. parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 button garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • seasoned salt

Directions

    Mix together rice, onions, peppers, parsley, salad oil, cheese and garlic.

    Put into casserole dish and pour the milk over mixture.

    Sprinkle seasoned salt on top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top starts to brown.
