- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 c. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 button garlic
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- seasoned salt
Directions

1Mix together rice, onions, peppers, parsley, salad oil, cheese and garlic.

2Put into casserole dish and pour the milk over mixture.

3Sprinkle seasoned salt on top.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top starts to brown.
