  • 1 large can drained green peas
  • 1/2 purple onion (in rings)
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 green pepper (in rings)
  • 4 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)

Directions

    Line bottom of bowl with lettuce.

    Add next 6 ingredients in layers.

    Top with mayonnaise.

    Sprinkle on heavy layer of Parmesan cheese.
