- 2 c. cooked rice (Uncle Ben's converted)
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/8 tsp. savory
- 1 c. chopped parsley
- 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Combine all the ingredients except the egg whites.

2Blend well (don't beat). Add more milk, if mixture seems too stiff.

3Be careful, don't add too much.

4Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.

5Pour into a greased casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
