- 2 cups green tomatoes, diced
- 3 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped

1Dice the green tomatoes.

2MEASURE AFTER DICING.

3I cut them small to hide them in the cake (about the size of large raisins, a quarter of a cherry tomato).

4My husband leaves them larger to show there really are tomatoes in there (1/2 of a cherry tomato).

6Mix dry ingredients, set aside.

7Mix oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
