Ingredients
- 4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1.5 cups sliced almonds
- 1.5 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Optional: raisins, dried cranberries, coconut, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300.

2In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.

3In a saucepan bring oil and honey to a boil, remove from heat and add vanilla.

4Pour mixture over oat mixture and stir with spoon.

5Bake on a large rimmed pan stirring occasionally until top layer is golden brown.

6Add raisins or cranberries if desired.

7Let cool before serving.
