  • 6 beef sirloin steaks (1-1/2 lb.), 1/4 inch thick
  • 6 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
  • 1-1/2 cups mole sauce, warmed
  • 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted

Directions

    Heat grill to medium-high heat.

    Grill steaks 3 min.

    or to medium doneness, turning once.

    Meanwhile, dip tortillas, 1 at a time, in mole sauce 20 sec.

    or until pliable; fold into quarters.

    Place on serving plates; top with sour cream, cheese, onions and sesame seed.

    Transfer steaks to serving plates with tortillas.

    Drizzle evenly with remaining mole sauce.
