  • 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 watermelon, cut in cubes
  • 1/2 cantaloupe, cut in cubes
  • 1/2 honeydew, cut in cubes

Directions

    Mix melons together in large bowl.

    Mix Italian dressing and Dijon mustard in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Add chicken.

    Marinate overnight, turning every so often.

    Heat grill to medium and grill chicken, turning as needed until done, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
