- 4 fish steaks
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. ginger root, grated
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- black pepper
Directions

1In a bowl combine the lime juice, 1 tablespoon oil, ginger, cayenne pepper and enough freshly ground pepper to suit your taste. Marinate the fish in the marinade for 55 to 60 minutes.

2Turn steaks 2 to 3 times.

3Have grill prepared with white coals and brush the grill with remaining one tablespoon oil.

4Grill the fish, brushing several times with the marinade until cooked through. Yield 4 serving.
