- Italian salad dressing
- garlic salt
- black pepper
Directions

1Salt and pepper fish and place in tinfoil (individual foil containers per fish steak).

2Leave extra foil on sides of foil containers so you can make a tent.

3Pour Italian dressing over fish until covered.

4Place on grill over medium hot coals and close foil tents for a few minutes.

5Then open and cook until fish is nice and white all the way through.
