Grilled Garlic-Herb Bread

  • 1 medium ciabatta or baguette, split lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • Coarse sea salt
