- 3 serrano peppers more or less to adjust spiciness
- 1 red onion
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 lime for juice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Directions

1Start the grill - medium high heat

2Chop the red onion into quarters

3Grill the tomatillos, peppers, and onion until skins are blistered and well marked

4In a blender, puree peppers, tomatillos, garlic, and lime juice. Add onions and cilantro, pulse until coarsely chopped
