- 1 lb. pizza dough, at room temperature
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 c. marinara sauce
- 6 oz. mozzarella
- 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
Directions

1Heat grill to medium.

2Stretch each quarter of dough until it's about a 7- to 8-in.

3round or oblong shape and about 1/8-in.

4thick.

5Brush both sides with oil and place on 2 baking sheets.

6Place the pizza dough on the grill and cook, covered, until the tops begin to bubble and bottoms become crisp, about 2 minutes.

7Shut off the burners on one side of the grill.

8Using tongs, turn the crusts and transfer to the unlit side of the grill.

9Working carefully, spread the sauce over each pizza then top with the mozzarella, Parmesan and oregano.

10Close cover and grill until the bottoms are browned and the cheese is melted, 7 to 10 minutes, rotating pizzas after 3 minutes.
