- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari lite
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 each chicken breasts boneless
- 8 ounces pineapple drained, slices
- 4 teaspoons coconut
Directions

1In small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic powder; mix well.

2Place chicken on plate.

3Brush both sides of each breast half with soy sauce mixture.

4Cover; let stand 15 min.

5at room temperature to marinate.

6Heat grill.

7When ready to barbecue, oil grill rack.

8Place chicken on gas grill over medium high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium high coals.

9Cook 8 to 10 min.

10or until chicken is tender and juices run clear, turning once.

11Top each with pineapple slice during last few minutes of cooking time.
