- vegetable spray
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 red snapper fillets
- 1 lime, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- black pepper (optional)
Directions

1Spray vegetable spray to the center of 4 pieces of foil about twice the size of the fillet.

2Put 1/4 of the onions over the sprayed area of each foil.

3Add fillet.

4Top each fillet with 1/4 of lime slices, the chopped tomato, pepper and thyme.

5Seal foil tightly, folding twice.

6Grill over hot coals or in oven 7 to 12 minutes or when fish flakes with fork.

7Makes 4 servings.
