- 1 Romaine
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 Garlic salt
Directions

1Pull off the limp outer layers of the romaine, then cut in half.

2On the outer side, drizzle olive oil, salt pepper, garlic powder.

3Flip over and season flat side.

4Grill until it has char marks and almost wilting (about 1min each side), top with cheese and serve.
